We ship to worldwidely via the Australia Post or Sendle.

Free shipping Australia wide for all orders over $100.
All orders under $100 will be shipped Australia wide for $4.99

International Shipping

Free shipping Worldwide for all orders over $200.
All orders under $200 will be shipped Worldwide for $19.99

Confirmation of Order

Once we have received confirmation of your payment, an email will be sent to you advising that your order has been received together with payment and that it will be ready for dispatch shortly.

Public Holidays

Scent Of does not ship on any Australian Public Holidays. 

Delivery

Please allow up to 3 working days from when your order is confirmed.

We advise that it is beyond the control of Scent Of if parcels cannot be left at the address because they do not fit in your letterbox or there is no one there to collect. To ensure the efficient delivery of your parcel please specify your daytime address in the checkout process.

If you are having your purchase delivered to a business address please ensure that the company name, department, floor/level and the name of the recipient are clearly entered in the shipping address.

Scent Of will not accept responsibility for any lost or delayed shipments as a result of Australia Post. However, please feel free to email your query to our Customer Service team at info@scentof.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.

 

 

 

Refund policy

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or a product that you have not ordered please email info@scentof.com.au  within five days of receiving your parcel.

Please use your invoice number as a reference and any contact email or phone numbers so that we can discuss the issue and return. Once we advise that a purchase may be returned we will issue you with a returns approval authorisation.

Please choose your purchase carefully as Scent Of will not be able to accept returns on sale items or if you simply change your mind.

Items being returned must be in the original condition they were sent. For example – unopened boxes, labelling and contents to be intact and in a saleable condition.

Returns must be received within 14 days from confirmation of the returns approval. Please include your invoice with your return and any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
